1. Agreement
By using Webdesly Appointments (https://appointments.webdesly.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Webdesly Appointments helps clients book appointments with experts. Accounts are free. The platform does not charge in-app payments; any fees between users are arranged outside the product.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Experts must present services truthfully.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse or harm the platform.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings create a confirmed appointment in the system. Clients may cancel future bookings in-app. Experts may update appointment status. Sessions and professional outcomes remain between client and expert.
5. Content and reviews
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host and display it for operating the service. Reviews must be honest and not unlawful or abusive.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape aggressively, upload malware, harass users, or use the service for illegal activity.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from expert sessions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webdesly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania / EU, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
