2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed by Neon Auth), role.
• Profile data: bio, languages, rates, avatar files you upload.
• Booking data: appointments, notes, status, reviews.
• Technical data: session cookies, security logs, IP used for rate limiting.
• Notifications and transactional emails related to bookings.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

• Contract — create accounts, book sessions, manage expert profiles.
• Legitimate interest — secure the service, prevent abuse, send essential booking emails.
• Consent — optional analytics/marketing cookies (Vercel Web Analytics when you opt in). You can withdraw anytime.
• Legal obligation — respond to lawful requests where applicable.

4. Processors / infrastructure

We use processors to operate the product: Neon (database, auth, object storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Data may be processed in the EU and other regions where those providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep account and booking records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute handling, and legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to legal exceptions.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies. Contact nvd@webdesly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

Webdesly Appointments does not process payments in-app. Listed prices are informational only.
